My father wanted me to be a sailor, but I believe it was not for me to be one hence, I took another course and finished Bachelor Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 1987, in quest for self-fulfillment and better future, I apply for work in Masa Extermination and Pest Control Services in Saudi Arabia. I ended in the work was not aligned with my academic preparations but I learned to love the work, got so interested, and learned all the technical skills and secrets of the trade. I stayed in the company until 1992 harness my skills but decided to get back home later that year.

On my return home in 1992, I put up a security agency and ventured as SMART phone dealer until 2000 . Although the income was good but I feel it was not the kind of work I really want.

Being a family man it is always my desire to give a better life for my family. Equipped with the technical expertise and with passion for creating a clean and healthy environment, I went back into pest control.

This started the story of Victorias Pest Control Services in 2000. On its first year of existence, VPCS focused on termite proofing and control works. As a young company, work was not much and income was minimal.

With my persistent desire for a healthy life and environment and to improve revenue for the company, I campaigned for awareness to control pests and rodents and which gained me the support of the City Government of Victorias.

The unprecedented support of the city government of Victorias, was manifested by subjecting Victorias Commercial Center for our pest control services which was our first major client in 2004. It set an example for private commercial establishment to follow by incorporating pest control to their system and led to greater demand for pest control services of my company.

In 2007 until 2014, Eagle Environmental Pest Control Services based in Abu Dhabi, hired me to be their consultant. I took the offer to augment our financial resources and left the management of VPCS to my partners temporarily but still served as the consultant. In my position as supervisor, I was assigned to supervise the Mosquito Breeding and Control Projects of the company in the six (6) emirates of Abu Dhabi namely Samha, Shahama, Musaffah, Banyas, Al Katam, and Al Wakba. During those seven (7) years I stayed there as supervisor, I mastered the craft and learned the technology on the control of breeding mosquitoes.

In 2014, Ensystex Philippines Inc., granted VPCS the license as applicator of EXTERRA System that can provide environmentally sound solutions on a high technical and modern system.

In 2019, VPCS was renamed Vict. Environmental and Pest Control Services in compliance with the requirements of the Department of Trade and Industry.

Through the years, Vict. Environmental and Pest Control Services, continues to provide termite proofing and termite control treatment, rats and rodents extermination, mosquito breeding control ( my specialization) for residential houses, private and public/government establishments in the province of Negros Occidental. The integrated pest control services we provide at a competitive price gained us the trust from our satisfied clientele.

Like other businesses competing in the market that went through hard times, the company experienced a business slowdown, thus I keep myself updated with improved product quality and services and learned new technology in this field both here in the Philippines and abroad.

In all my work as an employee and in business ventures, it has always been my great desire to be of service to my fellowmen by preserving their property and likewise preserve mother nature.

Presently, my campaign for a pest-free environment has not waned despite the challenges brought by the COVID 19 pandemic that has affected all businesses.
